I remember buying a special Kodak paper that made great b&w pictures from
color negs. This was some years back and the store where I got it is gone,
but maybe Kodak can help you?

same results with me and my photo class. We usually try it with full bright
and maybe a filter but it's hard to get that much light into the neg. I now
would tell them to forget about it and move on. It only happenned in my
class when kids bought the wrong film.
