When I bought tables quite a while back, I got tables that are made for use
in science labs. They come in very wide sizes, so you can have big paper in
front of students on both sides at the same time, and they have chemical
resistant tops so they clean up well. Also are made of very heavy wood. It's
been several years, so I don't remember the company name, but your science
teacher (or a high school science teacher if you're in elem. or middle) may
have a catalog showing these.
