I have table signs and one, small mobile hanging from the
celing......but....they are hanging from wire and attached to foamcore. Even
our very very strict fire inspecter did not tell me to take them down. Also,
I do not have motion detectors in my room. However, we do have them in the
hall and each year for our school art show I buy tons of balloons. Each year
my custodian gives me grief (only marginal) about the motion detectors going
off. (because I leave them up over night) So far, it has not been a
problem.
