I have just returned from Italy and the transportation there is amazing.
Scooters everywhere. Fuel efficient 150 cc engine machines that are the
mainstay of Italian transportation. The cars are also very small a "smart
car is so short (2 seater) that it can park perpendicular to the curb and
still be legally parked. I saw very few larger cars and even the BMW's were
only 2.0 litter 4 cylinder diesel engines. America has to re think our
priorities and gas prices will be a start.
