Congrats to you. I was lucky enough to go to Japan about ten years ago (wow, how time flies). The program that I was chosen to participate was through the Asian Society in NY. It was a truly amazing experience. You will find paradise. Be sure to bring lots of trinkets from the States.....let me know if you have any questions.

Got back from the conference yesterday and today I received a letter from the
government in Japan in reference to my Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholarship
application. Lucky me- I was selected to go to Japan with the November group
of teachers. Ohhh- I'm sooo excited! Vivian- you were right.

I've got my fingers crossed for others on this list who applied. Anyone else
hear yet?
