Handling discipline problems while still keeping a creative and fresh
approach to
art. I find that when the kids that don;t care and are always disturbing the
class
finally wear me down I lose my "artistic zeal" and my classes become hohum
and routine. Substitute alot especially in problem classes - observe really
good
teachers that have special training in discipline. Our school uses Love and
Logic
and BIST - it is difficult to use in a 40 minute every other three day class.
Perhaps you will find something better.
Good luck. Roberta
