Our elementary school focused on the tea ceremony/tea house
in a unit on Japan. The classroom teacher involved invited T.A.s
from our university to teach tea ceremony to the students, but I did
not have an opportunity to see it. This website gives a good description:

I'm sure there is an online source for other tea utensils and the
