The only kids I allow to schedule during other classes must:
Be seniors
Realize it might be that they Never get any help from me: ie, self starters
and are comfortable with that process...Often work in series.
Realize that they are first to help with other needs in the classroom if need
be...
In exchange, they have some independence.
I only take one or two students per period.
I don't think I could teach two classes at once.
