What motivators have others used with success.

 Christene, I've had a situation like yours. I fact, last
year I stopped announcing Art Club in January because no
one was showing up. This year I have a great group of 5
kids who are friends, are smart and like to do whatever I
come up with. They are involved in Vivian Komando's peace
project and taking it very seriously.
I guess it just depends on who finds out about it and
spreads the word. As soon as I take them on a fied trip, I
know the number will increase.

Just keep on offering and they'll come when they are ready.
