hope, a plan and a future free of the chains of their past. It comes from
this gift, and learning to give it to others. It won't be filled by selfish
or endless introspection, it comes when we give ourselves away, like the One
gave His life for us. Jesus did this for me, and if we are forced to cloak it
by some other name, we can still point them in the right direction. Kindness,
caring, and selfless giving has a way about it that cuts right through all
the trash they have in their lives. That's why our work is so important and
why we choose to be teachers.

Art is a reflection of the character endowed to them by their Creator. Being
creative is one of the first things we learn about God. Some never use their
creativity, some only use it for personal gain, some can touch the depths of
a soul with it, and some learn that it's a gift to be used with wisdom,
generosity and compassion. They call those artist's-teachers. I bet your one
of the latter.
