Poor mid-managers (principals, et al.) should not be endured by the
professional teacher... even a part time teacher. I would not accept a
contract to work for this person... find another job or another career.
Whining about the lack of ethics resolves nothing and mid-managers are
focused on covering their backsides... a no win situation for the teacher.
Documentation and witness to same is one approach if the situation is to be
