Did you all receive the post about the Miami F-Hilton?
Credit card is billed 25 days before the conference.
3 days cancellation and refund back to credit card if necessary.
If a check is written for deposit, check will be refunded.

I'd suggest you call them again if you received information about being
billed this year for next! Hope this helps you.
