I haven't seen this movie yet, but it is on my to do list! I have a
Jackson Pollock cooperative lesson I do with my 7th gr. Like Susan, I
can't say I'm crazy about his work, but I explain to the kids ,who of
course all say anyone could do that ( ya , but he thought of it first)
that I don't expect to change their minds to like the art but to have an
understanding on why he did it and what it is about. By the time the
lesson is over ( 3 days- life story, planning, creating and critique)
they are asking when can they do it again.
