tenure

In SC, three years gets you tenure. You go through an
induction process. My principal is waiving my second
year-don't ask me why-so after next year, if I stay in
SC, I'll have tenure. I'm dying to find out if the
other new teachers got their second year waived- but
I'm scared to ask.
