At our school, parents sign a permission slip that allows their child's
picture to be displayed in ads, in our promotional video, or on the
*school's* website.

Be that as it may, I have a separate, personal website that features (among
other things) student work and lesson plans.
(http://www.bigfoot.com/~artrageous). However, I DON'T include student
names or faces.

I haven't run into any trouble for this and the kids AND their parents enjoy
seeing their artwork on the internet. I've wondered about the legality of
it, too, but so far it's worked out fine.
