Personally I like Prang. Just had a conversation with elem. students today
who were frustrated with their paints and brushes. Cheap paints with tiny
little brushes one
might use to put on eyeliner. I have to always give these kids a bigger
brush -
often old Prang brushes from used up watercolor sets. the brushes last
forever
and I feel are worth the price of the watercolors alone. I am telling my
students today to buy Prang for next year (yes abit early)before the August
rush begins and our stores are out. They never buy enough as most of the art
teachers here in Cole County prefer the Prang products. Next comes Crayola.
I used Crayola chalk today for a monet mural - looks great and less mess than
pastels. All Roberta
