Great question. At our school, it is the same....only it's the teachers that
do this at faculty meetings. The black teachers sit together at one table.
The white 20- something teachers sit together. The Jewish teachers sit
together. The Hispanic teachers sit together. The older teachers sit
together. The male (heterosexual) teachers sit together. The gay teachers
sit together. Let's face it. Isn't that a reflection of our society?
