I have a great lesson based on Eric Carle and his techniques for making his
beautiful collage papers. We paint using a variety of found objects and
develop patterned papers which are then used to create collage dragons or
color beasties who bring color to an otherwise drab earth during winter. If
you are interested I will send you the lesson plan and an example. The kids
love it and the results are great.
