    My K-4 students have art for 60 minutes once a week.
    I've taught longer classes in summer and weekend
    programs. just remember to put in a recess if the
    time is long. In one class I taught for 16 years my
    students ranged from 2nd grade to high school. we met
    for 4 hours. The class was called DRAWING AND
    PAINTING SPRINGFIELD ( all our work was done on site
    )
    We met for one week.
