    I have a question concerning the type of music people play in their classroom. I teach in an Elementary school and when I teach a "cultural" unit I try to play music from that culture. Other times, I have students bring in music "that is OK" and make a tape and play it in class. They aren't offended by the stuff that goes with the unit, but if I try some Jazz, Classical, or Big Band stuff etc. at random, they freak. What kinds of music works well and do you play it all the time or as a reward? Just curious.
