FWIW the Kennedy Center continues to maintain listservs. The visual arts one
has pretty much been silent since the the Getty brought Artsednet on-line. It
used to be a very active list.
It's fairly easy to sign up for. Just go to the ARTSEDGE homepage and then to
the community link and then to the listserv link and find the visual art
listserv.
