in our district, no, never has a faculty member had an opportunity to
evaluate an administrator. also, our (checklist style) teacher evaluation
forms that the administrators use for classroom observation (2 - 40 min
periods a school year) were created by the board of education. these are
people who have never taught and do not know what attributes contribute to
successful teaching.
