Teacher evaluation???

    A new question that bothers me. I wonder how other teachers are judged at
    evaluation time. As you may know by now I am very student oriented and love
    teaching art. The administration knows this but is very hard on me when it
    comes to the state of my room. They want it to look attractive - storage is
    a big problem that
    they aren't willing to help me solve - just do it. I have 10 lbs. of art in
    a 1 lb. art room
    and don;t know what to do. It is neatly stored in boxes and some continuing
    projects
    are out and make table tops look busy. What can I reply to admin. that
    criticizes
    me for an art room that looks like an art room? They want neat like a
    regular homeroom. Roberta
