It's been fairly windy here in Lincoln (Northern California) lately, and
this kinder said to her teacher: "I really don't like this wind! I guess
I'll just bend over so it won't reach me." She spent the rest of recess
    walking all hunched over. :)

Don't know if you find this as cute and funny as I do, but the innocense of
what this child said in view of the children that have been in the news
    lately.....

    Jeanne

    Dear Jeanne,
    I got it.
And after all that we have read and heard about the children in the news of
late, it is good to look again at our students and see that innocence. It
just didn't irk me at all today, the kids that wouldn't stop "working" in
class today, when it was "clean-up" time. It was enough of a reminder to me.
I saw them drawing, coloring, designing and enjoying life and/or ART!
Simple and pure. If only WE could hunch over and believe the bad could blow
    OVER US some days!
    :)
