    What grade level? I suggest that they take another class. I also
    give grades on classroom participation which includes staying on
    task, no horseplay, etc..After 3rd warning its a referral to the Dean.
    Also I ask the question ... why did they take the class and encourage
    them to sign up for another elective course. (for grades 7 to 12). A
    captive audience presents a different problem (a situation where a
    student has to take an art class).
