We have a budget but plans are in question?

    Dear John:
        Nice work on the budget info....
    We have money but have lost our Elementary and secondary supervisors.
    They really have no plan for the future other than to FILL slots when
    people leave or retire...
        I don't see a LONG RANGE plan budget or other wise to improve the
    arts, say add better
    equipment, facilities, unless its a NEW school.
    It would be nice to see more integration between visual/performing arts
    and experinced teachers mentor, lead teacher or superviser.
