I like having kids solve their own problems, and if they can't, they can
come to me. When I had a classroom, I did not require kids to stay in
their seats, as I was walking around the room and getting to each person
pretty well anyway. But if someone really needed me, they could come up
to me. Sometimes I would say, "I will be right with you..."
