elements/principles of art/design

This is what I got out of what everyone contributed: (?)

The elements of art as I understand them to be are line, shape (2-D and
3-D), texture, value, color, and space.

I thought they were as above, but that shape (2-D) and form(3-D) were
separate... thus the list would be:
line
shape
color
value
texture
form
space

A shape has two-dimensions. Form has three-dimensions.

I always understood elements of art to also include SIZE.

The elements of art:
Line
Shape
Form
Space
Texture
Color
Value

The principles of art:
Movement
Rhythm
Unity
Variety
Emphasis
Proportion
Balance

The principles of design are variety, unity, movement, stability, rhythm,
and balance.
