Dear Amy,
I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but last march I saw the
Ferdinand Leger retrospective at the Museum of Modern art in New York. In
addition to picking up the free 3- fold exhibit guide at the begining of the
gallery, there was a family guide published as well. This guide highlighted
several of the more prominent paintings and developed questions to ask the
children. There were also suggestions of an at home activities. I thought
this would be valuable to teachers as well. I plan to use it as a guide for
artist's exhibitions. Possibly, the MOMA has a department devoted to family-
ed or just (education), and you can inquire further about putting together a
child friendly guide. I hope this helped.
