Teacher's Guides

Hi all~~

I'm looking for examples of teacher's guides on how to integrate museum
collections/museum visits into the classroom and curricula. I'm
interested particularly in 3 things: guides that focus on ancient
collections; guides that were created with the input of classroom
teachers; or guides that encourage the non-art teacher to use the art
museum as a resource.

Have you, as a teacher, collaborated with a museum on a guide like this?

Have you used any guides like this to plan a visit to a museum?
Do you know of any guides from other museums?
How about examples that exist on the web?

Any and all responses appreciated (even if they don't fall within my
particularities!). Thanks in advance.
