Brush Cleaning

Dear Colleagues,
Thank you so much for the GREAT brush cleaning ideas (oil paint). Not
only am I able to clean my brushes faster, but they are also more thoroughly
cleaned! I believe paint from years ago has been dissolved! Bonus, my
hands are finally clean, too.
Here is what I do, I combined ideas...First I wipe my brushes more
often while painting, and I clean them quite well with mineral spirits.
Next, I use mechanics' hand soap which contains mineral spirits also.
Finally, I finish with Dawn Dishwashing liquid. Three easy steps, no more
repeated soaping and rinsing. I am quite pleased!
