Please pardon multiple postings.....

Howdy,

I am interested in locating other educators with CU-SeeMe technology in
their classrooms who will be interested in working with me to coordinate
student to student (or classroom to classroom) conferences in the coming
school year. My students range from grade 9 to 12 and the subjects range
through Electronics in the Visual Arts, Art 1, Drawing, and Ceramics. The
Global SchoolNet Reflector ( at 192.215.2.3 ) can be reserved for scheduled
private conferences but interested groups will need to plan now in order to
secure access in advance of an event. As a result, I am trying to get things
moving now.

Some of the topics which we will be interested in talking about will include
art history, art and technology, student and professional art on the Web,
art techniques, art teaching and learning around the globe.

Some of the students will have art on our web site at:

http://www.esc20.tenet.edu/districts/eastcentral/echs/index.html

and we will be able to visit other student work on the web as part of our
classroom learning. If you have student art on the Web, we will be
interested in looking at it and then using CU-SeeMe (or, e-mail as an
alternative) to talk to your students about their work. My students would
also be interested in talking with college students about college art
classes and related info. We are open to any additional ideas for the use of
CU-SeeMe in the classroom. Please contact me at:
