Announcement-Electronic Art Ed Journal

I'm pleased to announce that the electronic version of FORUM is online.
FORUM is a refereed publication of the Florida Art Education Association.
The theme of this first online issue is "Becoming an Art Teacher" and
covers topics of particular interest to individuals preparing to teach art
in the public schools.

Ten authors have contributed to this issue on the following topics: school
reform, developing a teaching philosophy, technology in the art classroom,
art criticism, art education research, at-risk students, preschool art, art
and ecology, assessment, and getting a teaching job. A unique feature of
the online version is the inclusion of links to websites with related
content. A print version of the journal will be available in the Fall.

While this issue is directed at preservice art teachers, experienced art
teachers and art teacher educators may also find the articles included of
interest.
