[teacherartexchange] posting without posting personal emails

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this the way to post on the exchange without having the entire body of the original post in it and without posting personal emails?
These are the steps I take as to not repeat and not include other emails. I am not sure if I am doing it right, but this might help other folks out. You CANNOT just hit REPLY, as this tends to include the entire body of the original post complete with everyone's emails. I taught art at a mental hospital/prison for 10 years and was a fanatic about NOT having my personal email available anywhere on the internet, so it's important for some folks to keep their emails private. Once again, please correct me if I am wrong, as I would like to know in order to post correctly, but I think this is the way to do it. I think some folks might need a step by step here:

1.Cut and paste the following address in the ADDRESS section:
teacherartexchange@lists.pub.getty.edu

2.Fill in the SUBJECT area with the topic you are referring/responding to. For example, if you are responding to my IDEA FOR ART ROOMS post, you would place that in the subject area. You can also cut and paste the topic if it is a long topic:)

3. Write your email and send it.

This cuts down on those LONG repeated posts.....I think:)

This exchange is so appreciated. Thank you for your work, Judy.
