Congrats on getting a smart board! We are finally getting some to share (my
goal is to either be the only one that uses it OR to get so many people
using it that it warrents getting more!) and I have been brainstorming ways
to use it - creating interactive diagrams for kids to use, evaluating
paintings (kids can circle shapes on the painting, draw lines connecting
items, etc), writing notes on web pages and highlighting important topics. I
haven't even begun to research interactive web sites that are already
created for use with a smart board! I am really excited about it, and plan
to create resources for my entire district (I'm the technology integration
specialist next year as well as teaching art). If you come across any great
links for your smart board please share - I'd be happy to share my compiled
resource page when I post it!
