I have done a project very similar to this on the computer to teach students
the fundamental tools of digital art programs. I set up the template on an art
program and then, let the students experiment with line and color using
various digital art "tools" found in art programs. My cube template isn't as fancy
as the one shown in your link, but mine works OK. It is so simple, even the
youngest kids can do it. I put a little string on them so they can hang and the
kids think they are so neat.
