I have been to both and I would say that the Musee d'Orsay would be my choice
given a shorter span of time. The Impressionist works are so wonderful and
the Museum is a work of art itself. Many thing to see and can be done in a few
hours. The Louvre is huge and would take a very long time to see it all.
