Paraeducators in the art classroom

I'm working on a paper/response to paraeducators (teacher's aides, assistants, direct care workers) in the art classroom. I'm taking a class on inclusion in classrooms.
What are your experiences with kids with special needs in your classrooms and their paraeducators? How did you deal with it?
