Barb,
You really can't hurt the clay. I'd get a rubbermaid trash can....open the
poly bags of clay and poor water half way up the bag. Close the bag, cover the
can tightly and over the summer, go in and check on it...you may have to
rotate the bags around and check it. You may have to add more water and work the
bags a bit.
