I forgot to mention Nasa and Kemah...if you visit Nasa, there is an
"Aquarium" restaurant and really neat bunch of boardwalk restaurants in
Clear Lake on the water. Clear Lake is on the way to Galveston. You
could go to Nasa in the morning, have lunch on the Clearlake boardwalk,
and go to Galveston for the afteroon/evening. You can watch the boats
coming and going as you eat, rides, etc.
