A few weeks ago, I went to a workshop where one of the things we
tested/played with were water soluble oil paints. The were beautiful, buttery, blended
nicely and cleaned up easily. BUT they took forever to dry, I set my little panel
on my mantle, and 2 weeks later it was still tacky to the touch. Maybe they
work better where there is less humidity ...Arizona?
