Re: still on dial-up

Still on dial up too! It is so amazing......$50 for cable, another $40 for
internet access (DSL OR CABLE modem)...then if you want AOL (yes I
do.....believe it or not) then another $9 if you have your own acess....another $50 for a
cell phone (I have a pay as you go phone, only $10 every 45 days unless I use
it more than that definately keeps me honest!) I feel that things cost so much
these days.....I have really started to relish the free things in
life.....The DUMP! Every books, get rid of my leaves, old junk, etc...and the
Salvation Army! Love the Salvation Army...the one near me has more clothes
than my local wal-mart! hahaha!!!

Oh well...there you go.....Did anyone see those commercials a while back I
think they were for K-mart? Where they were touting the idea that instead of
making more money, you should save on what you get. Does that make sense? Ever
since then I have really tried to be more frugal and pay attention to things.
Starbucks is now a luxury (maybe once a month if that?) instead of a daily
or weekly stop!
