What to do about this virus???

I had the weird Deborah whoever's name attached to an email that appeared
to be forwarded from my webtv address to my hotmail address on my main
computer. The forward was from Marian to me, but It had Deborah's name on
it and a virus icon. What do I do besides delete it from everywhere? Am
I now infecting other people?????
