I have both a commitment letter which must get signed by the parent and the
student- as well as a discipline letter, which also must get signed by the
parent. I will be split in the fall between the HS & MS so I will have to
dig those back up again. When I do- I could send you an attachment but it
won't be for about 2 weeks or so. If you prefer, send me your snail address
and I will mail you a copy.
