Your letter was an eye opener. I've been in the field a very long time.
The first couple of years I spent in township school districts and there were
some evil people
in administration. Our state has county systems, and it would be pretty hard
to get away with some of the things you spoke of. Even here, however,
teachers are guilty till proven innocent, and sometimes remain guilty even
when proven innocent. I love being a teacher, but I wonder where all this
is going.
