Nora,
     We have mail boxes in school to promote letter writing. Students send
each other mail. Each teacher designed their own mail box. For mine, I did a
decoupage (sp?) on some of my favorite things. Maybe you could do something
with pictures from school, students in the school setting etc. There are
many sealers for outside use. I'm sure a few coats would do the trick. Just a
suggestion.
