Yes, Director will let you make an interactive CD but it is a big investment
in time learning it. If you do web pages you can put html pages on the CD.
This will be dual platform. If you are just inliding images you might try
Photoshop or Elements. They have an automatic web portfolio option that is
very simple.
Also, the latest version of Toast might do something like that but I am not
sure.
