Speaking of weather. I just got back from a week long bike tour that started
in Columbia (city) in the sierra foothills of California, and finished in San
Francisco today June 23rd. It was very hot for 5 days
with tempretures in the 100's and we were riding 65-70 miles a day. I was
extremely dehydrated on Monday with periods of dizziness and was still able
to finish the ride. Camping out each day was very hot as well. I finally
cooled down at the coast. for the last few days. 7 days riding, 450 miles,
and I'm glad to be at home. Just catching up on the mail, boy you guys have
been busy.
