Sometimes private school salaries are supplemented with other kinds of perks.
 Find out what those are. For instance, in our area, sometimes teachers have
access to vacation homes, housing, club memberships, etc. Talk with some of
the other staff members. Also, there is something to be said for having 12
highly motivated students and the money to implement a fantastic program.
This also is a real perk in my view.
