I teach 3 through 12th grade ,
painting, drawing,prints, pottery,......... everything. My room leaves few
solutions, but
I find when I put them ( tables are 3X6 ) in end to end double rows , four
per table, interaction is only a problem with the upper grades. I simply ask
, "Show me your progress" and they get the picture. I just have to keep them
focused and productive.
Some work lends itself to more concentration. No talking is allowed during
certain assignments, and they comply. The challenge is at the beginning of
the year and then
slacks off.
